Elevation Polish: Ridnitsohkka

I could have also called this post "The evolution of a mani", because that is truly what this is.

While contemplating if you should change colors, I decided to try out something. Now, you have to know that I hardly ever do nail art of any kind (the first post of the blog was my first and only attempt so far). Boring? maybe... Anyways, this time I decided to be adventurous and try some sort of half-moon mani... but, it turned out to be something else.

The end result? My half-moons are too big, is there even a name for this? But, despite the failed half-moon, I really like how it turned out, or maybe it is just that I LOVE (yes, capital letters) this color. It is a cool gray with hints of green creme from Elevation Polish. Lulu is coming up with awesome stuff and you need to check it out at her blog. She is also one of the sweetest nail polish sellers out there. I could go on and on about how awesome Lulu and her collection are but I will let you discover it by yourself. In the mean time, I will keep admiring my "failed" nail art. Have a great weekend!

This is what I used for the mani (under artificial lighting):
